Gladys Antonio appeals the summary judgment in her employment retaliation and discrimination case. We conclude that the district court properly ruled that (1) Antonios prima facie case of retaliation failed for lack of causation and (2) her discrimination case failed because she was unable to characterize as pretext her employers reason for termination. Accordingly, we affirm.
