R.A.P., Rule 311 (6), 42 Pa. C.S.A. (Interlocutory Appeals as of Right) and Coker v. S.M. Flickinger Co., Inc., 533 Pa. 441, 451, 625 A.2d 1181, 1187 (1993) (all orders granting a new trial are subject to immediate appellate review). We vacate and remand for further proceedings.
